Chris Cannon began work on transforming the in 2011. Cannon’s vision for Jockey Hollow includes its becoming both a culinary and cultural hub for North and Central Jersey. As such, it will house an impressive contemporary art collection, a mix of 3-dimensional, 2-dimensional and video pieces commissioned specifically for the space from acclaimed international artists.
